Recently, we had a chance to hear from Kathryn about her experience at AFP ICON, one of AFP’s signature educational conferences: What was your experience at AFP ICON? Kathryn oversees development, membership, marketing, and communications in her role as Senior Director, Institutional Advancement at The Health Museum. With more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, she has worked with leading arts and cultural organizations including the Alley Theatre, Atlanta Botanical Garden, and the Alliance Theatre along with the University of Houston, a Tier One research university. Kathryn has participated in multi-million-dollar campaigns raising funds for capital, endowment, scholarship, deficit, crisis, and operating support.
