Williams has been a trusted community partner for more than a century, with operations spanning 25 states and a strong presence in Houston. In 2024 alone, the company contributed $13.7 million in cash donations and $158,000 in in-kind support to more than 2,100 organizations across North America, while employees logged over 32,000 volunteer hours, including nearly 3,000 in the Greater Houston area. At the heart of Williams’ giving is a long-standing partnership with the United Way of Greater Houston, spanning more than 37 years. Through workplace campaigns, employee and retiree contributions, and 100% company matching, Williams has raised more than $26 million cumulatively. Williams also invests deeply in education and career readiness. Through its partnership with Genesys Works, more than 100 high school students have interned at Williams, gaining skills, mentorship, and pathways to higher education. 99% of participants go on to college. Similarly, Williams has supported Cristo Rey Jesuit’s Corporate Work Study Program for over a decade, mentoring 81 student interns at the company’s downtown and Houston Galleria offices. Beyond education, Williams is a steady supporter of causes that matter to employees and communities. In 2024, they contributed more than $1.5 million to 201 Houston-area organizations, including the Houston Food Bank, Memorial Park Conservancy, Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas, Pride Houston, BakerRipley, and the Houston Latin American Philharmonic.
