Education Program Stipends
Education program stipends of $250 will be awarded to AFP members based on the scholarship committee's review and selection of the recipients. Please note that any education programs you wish to attend must be approved to offer CFRE credits.
The 2024 application will be open and stipends will be awarded during the following cycles:
Cycle 1: Opens February 1, Closes March 25. Recipients notified by April 8.
Cycle 2: Opens June 6, Closes July 18. Recipients notified by July 30.
Requirements to apply:
- You must be an active AFP Houston member.
- You must be able to provide information on the program you’re seeking the funds for.
- The program you’re seeking funds for must have CFRE credit attached to it.
- Program stipends will be distributed as reimbursement checks to recipients.
- You must be willing to serve on an AFP Greater Houston committee after receiving the stipend.
